Soulpage Shortlisted By Govt. of India To Build India's Video Conferencing Solution

The central government, as part of its Make in India initiative, has come up with the Innovation Challenge in April, inviting software companies and developers to build an India-based video conferencing solution.

After multiple rounds of screening, MEITY, Govt. of India has shortlisted five companies from 2000+ applicants to build a complete Video Conferencing solution, with a granted amount of 15 Lakhs. Further, the winning solution will be deployed in central and state government entities across the country.

Soulpage IT Solutions is the one among the five companies entering the final product development stage to build a complete video conferencing solutions for India.

Before the Govt. of India called for this challenge, our technology team was working on building next-gen video conferencing solutions to scale the TeleMedicine and E-learning sectors. The idea is to build an intuitive and secure video conferencing solution that is custom-tailored for Indian conditions and is very adaptive. “Libero – Our VC solution can accommodate 300 people in a single conference at this point in time and our plan is to scale it to 1000 people in the future,”  says Vamsi Kurama, CTO.
